• Carol Frances Leonard (brookereview.com) — Wellsburg residents are mourning the passing of 69-year-old Carol Frances Leonard, a Brooke High School graduate and retired nurse’s aide from Valley Haven Nursing Home who died peacefully at home on December 2. She is remembered by her siblings Kathy Cross, Susan Trader, and John Leonard, all of Wellsburg, along with nieces, nephews, and her beloved pets. A private family gathering will be held later.
