Appleton Public Library: Boys And Girls Club Of The Fox Valley-Home Base "Youth On The Move"

Appleton Public Library is proud to once again partner with the Boys and Girls Club of the Fox Valley-Home Base for their "Youth on the Move" Event for November National Runaway and Homeless Youth Prevention Month. You will notice green footprints painted along our atrium windows. These footprints are "a way to let youth know that as they walk, they are never alone, they walk with their community." APL was chosen as a partner because of our commitment to inclusion and advocacy to the community and our youth. In addition, the Boys and Girls Club of the Fox Valley-Home Base will also host a Community Wellness Fair that will take place on Wednesday, November 17 at 5pm at the Appleton Boys and Girls Club and will also illuminate Houdini Plaza Fountain and Jones Park in green throughout the month of November.
