Hear from Pedro Juarez, owner and operator of Lindo Michoacán Mexican Restaurant & Market in Appleton. Pedro was born in Cherán, Michoacán, located in the central western part of Mexico. He is a 29 year old second generation business owner. His parents founded their restaurant in 2002. Pedro took ownership of the business in 2015 and expanded it by adding a market in 2019. He currently lives in Appleton.
