• Wisconsin construction boom fueled by data centers (dailyreporter.com) — Major construction at Bayside’s OneNorth development will continue into 2026, adding a new mixed-use building with a grocer, fitness center, and about 180 luxury apartments, plus a new North Shore Library opening in February 2026. The project is part of a statewide construction boom driven by massive data centers, highway expansions, and energy upgrades that could shape jobs, traffic, and growth across Wisconsin.
