20-Foot Ice Bar Returning To Brookfield BelAir In January
A 10,000-pound block of ice is returning with specialty drinks to BelAir Cantina at The Corners of Brookfield.

UPDATE: The ice bar, originally set to open Jan. 12, was postponed because of weather with more information expected to come the following week.
BROOKFIELD, WI — A massive block of ice doubling as a special bar and ice luge will make its return to the BelAir Cantina at The Corners of Brookfield on Jan. 12, according to a news release from the shopping center.
The ice bar will also present some photo opportunities right in front of BelAir in Market Square. Guests will be able to sip on a Don Julio Fire & Ice Margarita at the icy bar or check out the heated outdoor seating nearby, according to the release. Ranch Water sponsored the bar alongside Don Julio.

“We are thrilled to be bringing back this event for the third consecutive year,” said Matt Roman Lopez, director of operations at BelAir Cantina. “There’s no better way to kick the winter doldrums than to ‘chill’ with friends while enjoying delicious cocktails.”
Organizers expect the ice bar to last for a couple of weeks, but ultimately mother nature will determine that.
