24-Unit Apartment Development Planned For Brookfield

BROOKFIELD, WI— A mixed-use development called Six55 Brookfield Apartments is planned for 655 N. Brookfield Rd., just north of Galleria West.

The building is expected to be completed by November 2021.

Revel Investments, Brayton Devco and Altius Building Co. are developing the 24-unit apartment project, according to a news release.

The site development will include renovations to the existing mixed-use building, which is home to commercial offices, an apartment and a bakery.

A new three-story, 36,306 square-foot building will be constructed directly behind it with 24 luxury apartments. The developers said the building will have amenities like private decks, underground parking and solar panels.

“We’re excited for this partnership, for this project, and for the opportunity to add multi- family to our portfolio,” Steve Pape, the managing partner of Revel Investments, said in the release.

Brookfield-based First Federal Bank provided financing for the $6.8 million project.
