Brookfield Chamber Hosts Winter-Spring 2024 Leadership Academy
The eight-session program starts January 16, 2024

The award-winning Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce (GBCC) is pleased to announce the spring 2024 schedule for “The Leadership Academy”. The Academy consists of eight sessions starting January 16, 2024. Additional dates are January 30, February 13, February 27, March 12, March 20, April 9, and April 23. Facilitator of the Academy is Joseph Weitzer, Ph.D., founder and owner of Soulful Leadership Consulting.
Carol White, president & CEO of GBCC, said, “This is not an ‘off the shelf’ leadership program where the program is designed to support participants through pre-determined content around a general theme toward specific learning objectives. Programs delivered in this manner do not take into consideration a participant’s level of knowledge or expertise relative to pre-determined topics.”
“Rather, this Leadership Academy is distinct from a canned program in that it promotes greater freedom in the selection of themes, embraces individual difference and perspective of each participant. A unique characteristic of The Leadership Academy is its ability to challenge the status quo and inspire participants to make significant contributions as leaders,” continued White.
