Brookfield Office Building Sells To Illinois Firm For $10.6 Million

The four-story building was purchased by Arthur Goldner & Associates, who had previously owned the nearby Executive Center III building.

BROOKFIELD - The four-story Executive Center VI office building on West Blue Mound Road sold last week for $10.6 million to the Arthur Goldner & Associates Inc. firm of Northbrook, Ill.

The building, near Brookfield Square, was sold by RAIT Financial Trust of Philadelphia, who purchased the building in 2009.

According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, Goldner had previously owned the nearby Executive Center III building.

The building is a sound investment for Goldner, with more than a 95% occupation rate with anchor tenants Willis Towers Watson, U.S. Bank, and Neopost.

RAIT Financial is also selling its blue office building on Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee, previously known as the Henry S. Reuss Federal Plaza.
