Crime & Safety
Brookfield's National Night Out is Wednesday
It doesn't get more family friendly than National Night Out where children can tour the fire department, ride CP Rail cars and much more.

It's all in the name of safety and community.
Brookfield will host its National Night Out from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, one day after most area communities hold their events.
The family-friendly event will end with a flashlight Community Walk Against Crime at 8:30 p.m. All the activity will be in the Civic Plaza between City Hall and the Public Safety Building, 2100 N. Calhoun Road.
