Discover Brookfield Announces Dog•Dash•Discover 5K 2023

Discover Brookfield will hold the third annual Dog•Dash•Discover 5K at Elmbrook Church Brookfield on September 16th, 2023. Dog•Dash•Discover 5K 2023 is presented by K9 Resorts Brookfield. All proceeds of Dog•Dash•Discover 5K will go to the local nonprofit, Wisconsin Adopt a Golden Retriever. Bring your own dog to run or walk with you, no matter your pace. Or race on your own and visit dogs when you finish.

Racers will start and end the race at Elmbrook Church; 777 S Barker Road, Brookfield, Wis. 53045. The first wave of racers will be released at 9:00am. The route will take racers through the suburbs of the Town of Brookfield. Racers are encouraged to bring their dogs to race with them whether they decide to run or walk. There will be an after-party race event featuring music and food donated by sponsors of the event.

Those interested in participating can sign up through the Discover Brookfield website event calendar. All registrations include entry to the event, an exclusive race shirt, a race bandana, a finishers doggie bag and a donation to Wisconsin Adopt a Golden Retriever. Registration for racers is $35 and dogs run for free.
