BROOKFIELD, WI — St. Dominic Catholic Parish will host its annual Dominic Days festival Thursday with carnival rides, live music and a car show.

The four-day festival takes place at 18255 W. Capitol Drive, starting at 5 p.m. Thursday. The festival will also feature a raffle with prizes up to $25,000 and live music every night until Sunday.

The festival has run for decades and will return to full capacity this year, St. Dominic's Managing Director Michael Ricci told Patch. Dominic Days attracts about 750 to 1,000 people on any given day, he added.

"It's a great community builder," Ricci said. "Not just for our parishioners but the entire community. Some of the bands draw people from outside of our community. It's a good thing, and it's needed."
