Elmbrook Little League Gets Shoutout From Brewers Hall Of Famer
The U-12 Elmbrook Little League got a congrats from a Milwaukee Brewer Hall of Famer after winning the state championship.

BROOKFIELD, WI — The U-12 Elmbrook Little League received a congrats from a 20-year Milwaukee Brewer for winning the state championship.
Robin Yount, a Milwaukee Brewers shortstop and Hall of Fame member, gave them a video congratulations Monday, WISN-12 reported.
"Congratulations on your recent state championship," Yount said to the camera. "I want to wish you guys the very best luck and I'm cheerin' for ya. Go get 'em, Elmbrook!"

Elmbrook is the first Wisconsin team to qualify for the Little League World Series. They won the state championship on July 30.
But the team lost their Sunday game 10-0 to Michigan's Taylor North.

Zack Steichen, pitcher and center fielder for Elmbrook, was the team's lone hit at the Sunday game, MLive reported.
Elmbrook will play against Kentucky on Tuesday at 4 p.m., MLive reported.
Fans can watch the game through ESPN+ or keep track through the GameChanger Live Scoring app, the Little League website said.
