BROOKFIELD, WI— Irgens Partners is under contract to purchase the vacant Boston Store building at Brookfield Square Mall, 95 N. Moorland Road, according to a BizTimes report.

The 200,000-square-foot building will be converted into a mixed-use development, BizTimes reported.

Boston Store closed at the Brookfield location in 2018.
