Former Brookfield Restaurant Manager Faces Sex Assault Charge

Authorities say a pizza restaurant manager sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl in the restaurant's cooler in addition to other instances.

BROOKFIELD, WI — A former manager of a pizza restaurant in Brookfield has been charged after authorities say he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old worker at the restaurant multiple times.

According to a JSOnline report, Christopher Morgan, 30, of Milwaukee, is accused of sexually assaulting the girl in a walk-in cooler in 2019, in addition to three more incidents that took place on the property, as stated in the criminal complaint.

Court records show that Morgan has been charged with repeated sexual assault of the same child. That charge stipulates that an offender committed at least three violations of first or second-degree sexual assault.

If convicted, Morgan faces up to 25 years prison and up to a 40 year total sentence, which includes prison, and supervision. He could also face up to 25 years probation based on Wisconsin criminal justice laws.

Court records show Morgan signed a $10,000 signature bond on March 2. He's due back in court on April 3 at 9 a.m. for his preliminary hearing.
