GBCC Presents Third Quarterly Speakers Forum – Higher Education Update
Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce Hosts Four Regional Higher Education Leaders on August 10, 2023

The Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce (GBCC) is presenting its third quarterly Speakers Forum on August 10, 2023, 8:15 a.m. =- 10:00 a.m. The Speakers Forum is presented quarterly during the year in the second month of each quarter.
The forum will focus on challenges in higher education and impacts to the business community. Waukesha County Executive Paul Farrow will moderate the panel consisting of Dr. Richard Barnhouse, President of Waukesha County Technical College; Dr. Cindy Gnadinger, President of Carroll University; Dr. Mark Mone, Chancellor of UW-Milwaukee; and Dr. John Walz, President of Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Sandy McGee, board chair of the WCTC Foundation and Chief Operating Officer of Vrakas CPAs + Advisors, said, “The GBCC speaker’s forum offers timely and relevant topics of discussion. This session is a MUST ATTEND given the staggering low enrollment predictions, rapid growth of AI and technology, changing landscape of the modern student driven by rising costs and college alternatives, and closing and merging of schools. Find out how this affects the business community and what we can do to help.”
