Getting Fit With Grandma and Grandpa

Highlander Elite in Brookfield invited grandparents to play Wii and exercise with their grandchildren on Wednesday, which was National Senior Health and Fitness Day.

Grandchildren ran circles around their grandparents at Highlander Elite Sports Club's "Grand Fitness Fun" event Wednesday. 

Designed to promote intergenerational fun and fitness, opened up its dance dance revolution, Wii, kick machine and other exercises for grandparents and their grandchildren. 

The event at Highlander, 13825 W. Burleigh Road, was part of National Senior Health and Fitness Day.
