Mushir Hassan will face James Gunsalus for a seat on the Elmbrook School Board in the April 6 election.
BROOKFIELD, WI—Incumbent Mushir Hassan will face James Gunsalus for a seat on the Elmbrook School Board in the April 6 election, according to the Feb. 16 primary election results.
Hassan received 39.8% (1,789 votes)
Gunsalus received 33.8% of the vote (1,522 votes)

Leanne Wied received 26.3% of the vote (1,182)
Four individuals declared candidacy for the April 6, 2021 election, with three At-Large candidates taking part in the February 16, 2021 primary election. Candidates for the At-Large seat were James Thomas Gunsalus, Mushir Hassan (Incumbent) and Leanne Wied.

Jean Lambert (Incumbent) is running unopposed for the Area IV seat.
Each Board member represents the entire school district; therefore residents should select one candidate for each seat.
