Handmade French Pastry Shop Now Open In Brookfield

BROOKFIELD, WI—Fresh Baked Café, a handmade French pastry shop, opened on Dec. 15 inside Galleria West, 18900 W. Bluemound Rd., in Brookfield. The shop has another location in Oconomowoc, which opened in 2019.

Fresh Baked is a family owned business that strives to bring European Cafe, living to the downtown Oconomowoc and Brookfield communities.

They offer a breakfast and lunch menu, including croissants, tarts, soups and sandwiches.

There are classic flavors such as almond, chocolate, plain or ham and cheese , but also specialties, such as lemon raspberry croissants, and peanut butter croissants.

The shop roasts their own coffee and handcraft every morning pastries croissants and breakfast quiches.

Hours are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
