​Lou Malnati's Says Next Restaurant Will Be In Brookfield

BROOKFIELD, WI — Illinois-based deep-dish pizza restaurant Lou Malnati’s will make Brookfield its second home in Wisconsin, company officials said Friday, March 6.

The pizzeria is slated to open in late spring at 15795 West Bluemound Road in Brookfield, according to company officials.

Officials said the Brookfield location will be a full-service restaurant with 7,750 square foot space with about 180 seats, and will offer a dining room with carry-out, delivery, and drop off catering services.

The new Lou Malnati's say the restaurant will feature private party rooms, outdoor patio and full bar. Company officials say they're planning to hire 100 local employees and plans to hold a hiring event in the upcoming months.
