Sweetgreen Plans First Wisconsin Location In Brookfield
Known for its seasonal salads, Sweetgreen plans to open its first location in Wisconsin at The Corners of Brookfield.

BROOKFIELD, WI — Sweetgreen, known for its seasonal salads, warm bowls and more, is bringing its first location to Wisconsin at The Corners of Brookfield, according to a news release from the shopping center.
Dotting the menu (which rotates five times per year) are items like a fish taco bowl or a warm curry cauliflower bowl alongside recognizable salads like a kale caesar or garden cobb besides more unique salads like the "super green goddess."
The spot is scheduled to open in summer of 2023 in space near Lululemon and Here Chicky Chicky on Lord Street, according to a news release from The Corners.

"We're thrilled to be opening one of our first Wisconsin restaurants at The Corners of Brookfield." Sweetgreen’s chief development officer Jim McPhail said the release. "We look forward to sharing new fresh, healthy food options with Wisconsinites, and introducing them to our mission of reimagining fast food."

Passerbys can expect to see construction on the new salad spot by the spring of 2023. Folks in Madison can also expect a Sweetgreen to open in their area by 2023, according to the Corners release.
“We are thrilled that we found a partner in sweetgreen, an ever popular fast-casual salad spot, and know it will be a perfect addition to the Corners and for our customers. Lord Street will be a great mix of fast casual offerings, with their current neighbors, Fresh Fin & Here Chicky Chicky,” said Robert Gould, CEO of Brookfield Corners, in the release.
