Town Of Brookfield Firefighters Extinguish Flaming Truck
No one was injured after firefighters extinguished a fire coming out of a semi-truck's engine compartment near the Corners of Brookfield.
BROOKFIELD, WI — The Town of Brookfield Fire Department extinguished a burning semi-truck hauling a trailer full of cars at near the Corners of Brookfield on Monday.
Fire crews found a semi-truck with fire coming out of its engine compartment at Goerke's Corners Park & Ride, fire chief Andy Smerz told Patch. No one was injured in the fire.
Firefighters extinguished the flames within 10 minutes and the cars weren't damaged, Smerz said.

A fire engine from the City of Brookfield helped the Town of Brookfield firefighters, Smerz added.
