Two Tanker Trucks Collide on WB I-94

A westbound lane of I-94 was closed this morning after two tanker trucks collided after 10 a.m. on the interstate just  east of the Barker Road exit.

There was no major leak and fire crews were on scene with county sheriff and state Patrol to clear the accident area. 

One tanker was towed away and the other drove off on its own at 11:35 a.m. as fire crews remained on scene to clean a spill. 

All westbound lanes were reopened at noon.
