Billy’s Posse, Inc. announces return of Racine’s quickly growing pet festival. BARK IN THE PARK

Racine, Sep. 27, 2025: Billy’s Posse, Inc. announces the return of Racine, Wisconsin’s 4th annual pet festival in the city. The event is to bring a much-needed positive event to the city, to bring pet services to the community, and bring pet loving residents together. The event is being held at Festival Park.

The festival is by and for Billy’s Posse, Inc. and Presented by Yutka Fence, Drake & Associates, & Sky Guardian Rescue.

There will be activities for the whole family. Including local artisan vendors, K9 demonstrations, lots of rescues with adoptable dogs, children’s activities, FREE microchip clinic, food, beer, pet costume contest, and more. Music will be provided by Jim The One-Man Rock Band and Intensify Your Event. It will be a day packed full of fun for the whole family and people can bring their dogs (and cats in strollers or carriers) to join in the fun with them. We will be having drone demonstrations by Sky Guardian Rescue and .

Billy’s Posse, Inc believes this an event for the whole city while bringing a much needed free microchip clinic to the residents and to help raise funds for themselves, and the other animal nonprofits in our community. To help the rescues, we are holding a donation drive and attendees will receive a free raffle ticket for bringing donations to them.
