• Judge Restrains Razing of Former Alpine Lodge (doorcountypulse.com) — A court order is temporarily blocking demolition of four buildings, including the former Alpine Lodge, after Egg Harbor property owners challenged the village’s decision to grant a raze permit. A Door County judge now wants a clearer record from the village zoning board before ruling, and may require up to $1 million in surety if the delay causes future damages.
