Here's a look back at crime logs reported by the Franklin Police Department for Feb. 28-Sunday.

FRANKLIN, WI — A woman told police a man had physically assaulted her at On The Border in Franklin on Feb. 25, causing injury and sending her to the hospital, according to the latest logs reported by the Franklin Police Department.
The man had refused to turn himself in at first and police planned to follow up, logs say.

- Police took a man into custody on March 1 after he was seen taking $490 in scratch-off tickets from Discount Cigarettes and Liquor at 6507 27th Street without paying, logs said. The man had turned himself in for booking, logs said.
- An employee of the Franklin Public Library on 9100 Loomis Road told police they recieved a returned package on Feb. 24 that was not mailed by the library in the first place, and a small package of fruit snacks that appeared to be untampered with was found inside the shipment, logs said. The package was forwarded to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service for investigation, logs said.
- A Franklin man was arrested on March 1 on 7100 Ballpark Drive after a physical fight with his roommate in which he caused the roommate pain, according to logs.
- Two people stole merchandise from the Walmart at 6701 27th Street on March 2 by taking backpacks and concealing the merchandise inside. The suspects were identified and an investigation was ongoing, logs said.
- Police took two people from Milwaukee into custody on March 3 during a traffic stop near 27th Street and Puetz Road around 3 a.m. One of them was arrested for possession of marijuana and the other was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs, driving after revocation and possession of drug paraphernalia, logs said.
- A vehicle struck and damaged a light pole near 27th Street and College Avenue the morning of March 3, logs said. The vehicle had left the area before police arrived, logs said.
- Police arrested a resident near Cascade Drive for disorderly conduct on March 3 around 4 p.m. after he put a woman in a headlock, causing her to fear for her safety, according to logs. The man was cited and the case was referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney.
- The Greenfield Police Department called out officers from Franklin to 51st Street and Howard Avenue on March 4 around 1 a.m. to help them and Milwaukee police with a search for a suspect who ran away from their vehicle after being involved in a high-speed pursuit with Brookfield police, logs said. While Franklin officers were helping with a dog to track the suspect on 5300 Morgan the suspect was spotted on 3800 54th Street, logs say, and they were taken into custody without incident.
- Police arrested a person from Milwaukee and a person from Hales Corners for disorderly conduct on March 5 around 5 a.m. after guests heard them loudly arguing inside their room at Motel Skyway on 8300 27th Street, logs said. The person from Hales Corners was also cited for criminal damage to property after they had destroyed motel property, logs said.
- A resident on Oakwood Road on March 6 asked police to cite his neighbor for trespassing after the neighbor walked onto his property to retrieve a 55-gallon drum that had blown onto the property during a wind storm the night before, logs said
