Apartment Complex Proposed For Nature Nook Land: Report

A 252-unit apartment complex was proposed for Franklin near Nature Nook land, the Milwaukee Business Journal reported.

FRANKLIN, WI — One of the largest real estate companies in southeastern Wisconsin has proposed a 252 apartment complex on land formerly inhabited by Nature's Nook, The Milwaukee Business Journal reported.

The proposal comes from Fiduciary Real Estate Development Inc. Plans submitted to the city were obtained by the Business Journal. They show a collection of two-story buildings that amount to 126 one-bedroom and studio apartments, 102 two-bedrooms and 24 three-bedrooms, Milwaukee Business Journal reports.

The 24-acre development could also include a separate clubhouse with a pool.
