Construction Starts On Luxe Golf Bays At Ballpark Commons
An entertainment center with climate-controlled open-air golf bays and event space is set to come to Franklin's Ballpark Commons in 2022
FRANKLIN, WI — Construction has begun on a new entertainment center and massive golfing range called Luxe Golf Bays at Franklin's Ballpark Commons, according to a news release from ROC Ventures.
The new space, set to open in May 2022, will have over 50 open-air driving range spots overlooking 250 yards of black turf. Two restaurants, one local and one national brand, plus a beer garden are set to be included in the project spearheaded by ROC Ventures.
Each golfing bay will be a fully furnished suite outfitted with climate control for year-round comfort, the news release from ROC Ventures said. Trackman Range and Flite Golf will equip the golf range with modern technology and a gaming platform that features Doppler Radar ball tracking.

"Golf becomes a shared community experience for large and small groups, while at the same time remaining absolutely authentic to the spirit of the sport," the news release said about the development.
Beyond golf, the entertainment facility hopes to be an all-around event space in a unique setting, according to the news release.

"LUXE Golf has always been one of the ‘future jewels in the Ballpark Commons crown,’ and now the whole Milwaukee region will have access to a really exciting and unique facility," Mike Zimmerman, CEO of ROC Ventures, said in a statement.
Iconica from Madison has been chosen as the general contractor for the project, the news release said.
