Franklin Field Hosting 2023 American Association All-Star Game

Franklin Field, home of the Milwaukee Milkmen, will host talent from across the country for the 2023 American Association All-Star game.

FRANKLIN, WI — Franklin Field, home of the Milwaukee Milkmen, will host the American Association of Professional Baseball's All-Star Game in July, the team announced on Thursday.

The field will host top talent from across the league as they face off on July 18 at 6:35 p.m., a news release from the Milkmen said. The two-day event kicks off the day prior with a beer festival, golf outing, live music and kids activities around Ballpark Commons.

“Hosting the American Association All-Star Game is a huge honor -- we’re grateful to the owners and our commissioner for this great opportunity,” said Milwaukee Milkmen owner Mike Zimmerman in the release. "Our fans will welcome the best players in our league, showcasing their talents in the All-Star Game, Home Run Derby -- even a little golf. The entire Milwaukee Milkmen organization is excited about this big event as it’s an opportunity to showcase the entire Ballpark Commons development and the great city of Franklin."

The All-Star games bring a variety of events, including the Rock League Baseball Youth All-Star Game and Skills Workout, plus a home run derby. Soda and beer samples will also be available from over 15 breweries.

Tickets for the all-star game go on sale beginning May 30.
