Franklin Sees Increase In Positive Coronavirus Case Percentage
Franklin saw its 14-day positive case percentage consistently near or slightly above 10 percent during the first week of August.
FRANKLIN, WI — Franklin's number of positive COVID-19 cases continues to fall from its high in mid-July, yet the percentage of positive cases among those tested continues to steadily increase.
According to Franklin Health Department data, Franklin's 14-day average for positive cases stood at 9.3 percent on Sep. 3 — marking the latest day of steady increases since its seasonal low of 5.1 percent on Aug. 22.

Health department data shows that of the 8.848 total COVID-19 tests performed in Franklin since March, 663 cases have returned positive results.
