Kick-Off Party Planned For Croatian Eagles Soccer Club Thursday

FRANKLIN, WI — The Croatian Eagles Soccer Club will host its annual fall kick-off party at Franklin Beer Garden on Thursday. Food, beer, a DJ and even a mechanical bull will make an appearance, according to a Facebook post from the Franklin Beer Garden.

The soccer club was founded in 1922 and has run ever since. It offers leagues for amateurs, adults and youth, according to the club's website. The kick-off party will celebrate another year of continued soccer leagues before fall begins.

Food from American European Foods, Cafe Corazon and Rise Mob Grill will be featured at the kick-off event. Carnival games will be set up alongside the Franklin Beer Garden according to the post. The Beer Garden has been running on each Thursday since earlier this summer.

The event will be a family friendly atmosphere with plenty of unique games. Velcro soccer, a dunk tank, bag toss, a DJ and a bungee run game will also be featured at the event, according to the Beer Garden's Facebook post.

The party and beer garden can be found Thursday evening starting at 5 p.m. at Croatian Park located at 9100 76th Street in Franklin. The festivities will close at 10 p.m.
