Renovations At Franklin Apartments Seek To Cater To New Work Culture
Developers say their $13 million renovation project unveiled Friday caters to a new work-from-home culture with outdoor amenities.

FRANKLIN, WI — A multi-million-dollar renovation unveiled Friday at Franklin's Whitnall Park Apartments seeks to cater to a work culture that has changed since the pandemic, according to a news release by developers.
The recent $13 million renovations at the apartment complex, which is located near Lovers Lane and Cortez Circle, include a new playground, grilling stations and a community room. About ⅓ of the complex's units were gutted and rehabbed, and existing pool and fitness facilities saw an upgrade, according to the news release from Daniel Management Group.
The company said the recent renovations "answered the call" from the influx of people working at home or hybrid amid the pandemic. More people are needing more from their apartments because of that change in how we work, according to the management group.
