Dance to the Oldies at the Gazebo This Weekend

There's not one, but two concerts at the Gazebo this weekend.

Remember "The Twist"? Or "The Mashed Potato?"

If you enjoy the sounds of the '50s and '60s, head out to downtown Greendale Saturday night and listen to The Moonlighters belt out those classic tunes as part of the “Saturday Night Fun on the Green” concert series at the Gazebo.

And if you'd like to take a step even further back in time, on Sunday night the Greendale Village Swing Band will play the Big Band era music from the '30s and '40s.

Both shows start at 7 p.m. at the Gazebo, on the corner of Broad Street and Schoolway. In case of rain, the concerts will take place at Greendale High School.

If you need more information, visit the Greendale Entertainment Association website.

The two concerts top a pretty busy weekend in the village. There's also the Greendale Community Theatre's performance of "Les Misérables" on Saturday and Sunday, and the Greendale Open Market on Saturday morning.
