District Attorney Reviewing Case of the Cop's Gun Fired in Southridge Mall
WISN reports that no charges have been filed.
The Milwaukee County district attorney is reviewing the case against a Milwaukee police sergeant whose gun fired inside Southridge Mall on Nov. 2 in front of , reported WISN.
The sergeant was reaching into his pocket to retrieve money while he was in line to pay on the second level of the mall. The gun was accidently discharged into the floor. No one was hurt.
The district attorney told WISN that a decision on charges will be made Friday.
