Get Crafty at the Greendale Library

Keep the kids occupied on a warm summer day with the "Make-and-Take" craft program.

Parents who want to keep the kids occupied on Wednesday with something a bit out of the ordinary should swing by the Greendale Public Library for the "Make-and-Take" craft workshop.

No registration is required; just drop on in anytime from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. The librarians promise there will be crafts for children of all ages.

And while you're there, remember it's still not too late to sign up for the library's "Dig Into Reading" summer reading program, which offers prizes, games, activities and more to help motivate kids to continue their reading habits throughout the summer. The program runs through Aug. 23.

If you need more information, check out the library's website, call (414) 423-2136 or just stop by.
