The Kinetic Co., Inc., Greendale’s largest manufacturer, purchased additional property located at 6951 Industrial Loop on Jan. 27.
The company ran out room at their 68th Street and Loomis Road location.
“We have simply ran out of room at our facility on 68th and Loomis Road,” Kinetic president Joseph Masters wrote in a press release. “Our 2008 addition is full of machines. We have no space to warehouse material, products, and fixtures. We had several choices: expand our present facility, look for a warehouse type building to rent or buy, or use a commercial warehouse. The Industrial Loop building fit the bill.”

The new building is approximately 15,000 square feet will handle most of Kinetic warehousing needs.
“Obviously weighing heavily on our decision is the excellent relationship we have had with the Village of Greendale since 1970,” Masters said. “Village Management, the Greendale Police and Fire Departments all work closely with Kinetic.”
