School Faculty Took Personal Days to Protest
The school will be reimbursed for the personal days.

A number of union leaders in the school district took personal days off to go protest the budget repair bill last week, according to Superintendent William Hughes.
It is not clear how many teachers or what days they went to protest.

The union president in the Greendale School District is art teacher Pam Merkel who has previously stated that she believes that the bill is "wrong."
