HUDSON, WI β A human body was pulled Wednesday from the St. Croix River, according to police.
Hudson police responded around 9:30 a.m. to a call for a possible body in the water, authorities said, and recovered the remains with assistance from the St. Croix County and Washington County sheriff's departments.
"Until the medical examiner can make a positive identification and the family has been notified, we will not be releasing any further information," Hudson police said in a tweet.
