Broadband Study

St. Croix County has contracted with broadband analysts Design Nine and community engagement specialists MSA Professional Services to evaluate the broadband services that exist today across the County and recommend strategies to make fast, reliable Internet access available to as many households, businesses and institutions across the County as possible.

Timeline

• Jack Maytum of Design Nine began interviewing people on May 24, 25, and 26th
• Residential and Business surveys were mailed to St. Croix County addresses beginning May 28th
• Mailed and online surveys for Residents and Businesses were completed
• July - Survey results reviewed by Design Nine and St. Croix County
• Fall 2021 - Draft report presented to Broadband Study Team at St. Croix County
• November 2021 - Revisions made to create final report
• December 7, 2021 - Study and Recommendations presented at County Board Meeting
