Crash on I-94 Bridge Backs Up Westbound Traffic Tuesday Morning
Westbound traffic was backed up into Minnesota almost as far as Manning Avenue.
There were lots of brake lights on vehicles headed west on I-94 into Wisconsin Tuesday morning. Minnesota Department of Transportation cameras showed a crash on the St. Croix River bridge and westbound traffic backed up miles into Minnesota.Â
