See Rachel Frederickson Talk about Her Return to Swimming on 'Biggest Loser'

NBC.com has posted The Biggest Loser segment in which Rachel Frederickson talked about getting back in the swimming pool as part of the reality show's exercise regimen. 

Frederickson, who had great success as a swimmer at Stillwater Area High School, is the St. Croix River Valley's second competitor on the show, after Lisa Rambo of Hudson earlier this year.
