The special will feature the late Lakeland teen behind 'Clouds' song in the program's final minutes.
Watch Thursday night at 9 p.m. as CNN honors Zach Sobiech as one of the Extraordinary People of 2013.*
The Stillwater Area High School student who died of cancer last May touched millions with his song Clouds.
The segment on Sobiech is set for the last seven minutes of the program, according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press.
