Here are the top 3 stories today in Madison:

  1. Leave your car behind and hop on a bike this Earth Day weekend. The national bike-share service BCycle is partnering with Bosch to offer free rides in Madison this weekend to support fun, sustainable modes of transportation. According to BCycle, riders should choose the "Bosch Earth Day Pass" on the app and they'll be able to take unlimited free 60-minute rides from Apr. 22 to Apr. 24. (WKOW)
  2. Madison's east side Art Walk is back and scheduled for the first week in May. Attendees will see pottery, photographs, paintings, and more in the self-guided Art Walk. There will be 12 new artists joining artists from last year and contributing watercolor and acrylic painting, jewelry, pottery and ceramics, and more. The event is free and outdoors in the Marquette and Atwood neighborhoods. (HNGnews.com)
  3. The 14th annual Madison pre-Mother's Day brunch will be held this year on Saturday, May 7. This event was started to celebrate and highlight women and their accomplishments. This year, the event will focus on support of health and wellness from generation to generation. The event will have food, a rose petal walk, speakers, and a crown walk to honor the legacy of powerful women. (Madison365.com)
