Navy leaders say they’re shifting strategy to build different ship classes faster and more cheaply, while Fincantieri hopes new Navy work will eventually match the shipyard’s recent $800 million in upgrades. 
• Marinette boys fall to Little Chute, still seeking first NEC win (peshtigotimes.com) — Marinette High School’s boys basketball team is still chasing its first North Eastern Conference win after a tough 64-37 road loss to Little Chute on Friday.
