District Hires New Director of Technology and Assessment
Jeff Nennig will begin his duties in Menomonee Falls on July 1.

The Menomonee Falls School District Board of Education approved a contract with Jeff Nennig, who will become the district’s director of technology and assessment.
Nennig is currently the technology director in the West Bend School District. Nennig will begin his official duties in Menomonee Falls on July 1.
Nennig will receive a salary of $112,000 and will also receive a benefits package similar to other administrators in the district, said Superintendent Keith Marty. At West Bend in 2011, Nennig received a salary of $111,611 with benefits totaling $34,584.

Nennig has 29 years of experience in public education – 12 years as a teacher and administrator in Houston, Texas, five years as director of technology for the Elmbrook Schools, and twelve years as administrator of technology and assistant superintendent of operations.
“Jeff will move the district into new exciting areas of technology and new student learning opportunities,” stated soon-to-be . Herdrich is also coming to the Menomonee Falls School District from West Bend.

“My goal is to build on the strong educational vision and practices of the School District of Menomonee Falls,” Nennig said. “I am particularly excited about working with the strong Menomonee Falls teachers, administrators, staff and the board to further advance technology that will improve student learning and also expand upon existing structures in place that are associated with the assessment of student learning. I look forward to becoming involved in the Menomonee Falls community and all it has to offer.”
