Marijuana, Psychedelic Mushrooms Sold From Menomonee Falls Home, Complaint Says

Adam L. Taylor, 31, faces up to eight years in prison if convicted of drug dealing charges.

A 31-year-old Menomonee Falls man is accused of selling marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms to an informant working with the Waukesha County Metro Drug Unit in July 2012.

Adam L. Taylor was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Friday with delivering marijuana, delivering psilocybin and maintaining a drug trafficking place. If convicted, he faces up to eight years initial confinement in prison and $45,000 in fines.

Taylor sold 7.7 grams of marijuana for $100 and 4.8 grams for $35 of the mushrooms at his home on Cumberland Road on July 6, 2012, according to the criminal complaint.

Taylor was taken into custody on Dec. 26, 2012. He admitted to selling the marijuana and mushrooms the informant, the complaint states. A detective found marijuana pipes and two marijuana grinders in the home.
