Halloween and fun are right around the corner, and you don't have to travel far to find the best fall pumpkins in the Menomonee Falls area.

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI — Autumn officially started weeks ago in the Menomonee Falls area, and that means it's time to start planning your family’s yearly trek to the country to find the best pumpkins.
There are a few weeks left to pick out a great pumpkin for a Halloween jack-o'-lantern. Many pumpkin patches offer free activities such as hayrides, corn mazes and games for the kids.
Visiting an outdoor pumpkin farm is relatively safe, but mask and social distancing guidelines and hours of operation may change. Before you go, it’s best to call ahead to the field or check its website.

- Jim's Pumpkin Farm, N124 W17781 Lovers Lane, Germantown. Open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Saturday.
- Silver Spring Pumpkin Farm, N56W18884 Silver Spring Drive, Menomonee Falls. Open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday through Saturday.
- Creuziger's Land of the Giants Pumpkin Farm, 11823 Durand Ave., Sturtevant. Open 12-6 p.m. Sunday through Saturday.
- Basse's Country Delight Farm Market, S70 W16050 Janesville Road, Muskego. Open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
- Spieker's Pumpkin Farm, N1181 WI-57, Random Lake. Open 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
