Swimming Hours Extended in the Falls
In response to the hot weather, the Community Education and Recreation Department has allowed swimmers more time in the water.

The department has also extended hours at the Senior Center located in the to help the elderly stay safe.
"All activities are on as scheduled. We will make every effort to modify activities to be appropriate for the extreme heat," said Joan Erickson, department director. "We encourage families and participants to bring plenty of water to drink during activities, and stop participation if you are not feeling well enough to participate."

Extended OPEN SWIM Hours

Monday – Saturday: 1 – 3 p.m.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7 – 9 p.m.
Under age 3: Free
3 – 17 years old: $2.00
Adults (18 & up): $3.00
Extended Hours at the Senior Center (Room 106 of the Community Center)
Seniors can beat the heat by stopping in at the air-conditioned Senior Center Monday though Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
