Milwaukee PD: Missing Man Who Suffers From Dementia Located

Daniel L. Horton, 63, was last seen walking eastbound on W. Locust Street from N. 2nd Street at approximately 10:30 a.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 26 Update: According to the Milwaukee Police Department, Daniel Horton has been located.

"We would like to thank the public for their attention to this matter," the department posted via social media.

MILWAUKEE, WI – The Milwaukee Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating a man deemed “critical missing.”

Police are looking for Daniel L. Horton, 63, who suffers from dementia.

Officers said he was last seen walking eastbound on W. Locust Street from N. 2nd Street at approximately 10:30 a.m.

Horton is described as a Black man with black/gray hair and a goatee. He weighs about 120 pounds and stands 5’09’’.

He was last seen wearing a red/black/green plaid sweater, a black winter coat, black jeans, black Lugz suede winter boots and a black/red/white striped winter cap.

Horton was also wearing a face mask (blue/white in color)

Police said Horton walks with a limp and is missing some upper teeth.
