Milwaukee Police Investigating Multiple Shootings

Milwaukee police are investigating three separate shootings that occurred Thursday night around 8:29 p.m. and 9:24 p.m.

Milwaukee, WI — Milwaukee police are investigating three separate shootings that occurred Thursday night around 8:29 p.m. and 9:24 p.m.

The first shooting took place at 8:29 p.m. along the 1400 block of W. Burleigh Street. A 30-year-old Milwaukee man was treated at the scene for his injuries by The Milwaukee Fire Department and is expected to survive. Police continue to look for suspects.

The second shooting took place about ten minutes later along the 3500 block of W. Wright Street. A 20-year-old Milwaukee man was treated for his injuries at a local hospital and is expected to survive. No suspects have been arrested at this time.

The third shooting to take place Thursday night occurred in the 1700 block of S. 6th Street on at about 9:24pm. A 27-year-old man was transported to a local hospital and treated for his injuries. He, too, is expected to survive. The Milwaukee Police Department continues to seek unknown suspects.
