• SSM Health hospitals president to retire (gazettextra.com) — Monroe’s main hospital is getting a leadership change as Jane Curran-Meuli, president of SSM Health Monroe Hospital and SSM Health St. Mary’s – Janesville, retires after more than 40 years in health care. She’s praised for championing patient-centered care and earning national recognition. Chief nursing officer Chelsea Hardacre will step in as interim president for both Monroe and Janesville later this month.
